If you can’t win an election based on the popularity of your policies, and you must maintain power because of the many crimes your administration has committed, including many war crimes and massive public corruption, there are many ways to make sure people who dislike the job you’re doing don’t vote you out of the majority. Most of the ways are illegal , but, as Trump told his angry crowd on the Patriotic Day of Pease and Love, January 6, 2021 (note his bashing of tech billionaires, now his fondest ass lickers), [1]
The Republicans have to get tougher. You’re not going to have a Republican Party if you don’t get tougher. They want to play so straight. They want to play so, sir, yes, the United States. The Constitution doesn’t allow me to send them back to the States. Well, I say, yes it does, because the Constitution says you have to protect our country and you have to protect our Constitution, and you can’t vote on fraud. And fraud breaks up everything, doesn’t it?

You have Putin’s agents call in 2,000 Election Day urban polling place bomb threats instead of the mere 200 they phoned in to Democratic majority districts, in 2024. You post armed masked Klansmen and wife-beaters at all majority Black and Hispanic polling places, to protect The Homeland (die Heimat- in the original German) from communist election fraud.
You, the federal government, continue to illegally seek voter rolls from the states, who are in charge of all elections in their borders, so Trump’s people know exactly who to disenfranchise, whose legally cast ballots not to count, no matter how many courts rule against you on this illegal request. The Supreme Court Six will help out in a pinch to do whatever is needed. Your 0-23 record in these voter roll release demand cases, in the 23 states who have fought back so far, is no impediment to the unappealable Supreme Court, who now routinely rules for Trump without even hearing arguments on the merits, or being encumbered by their own precedents, before issuing an anonymous, per curiam, thumbs up for their favorite grifting dotard.
You plant violent criminals in peaceful crowds and have them cause riots that require the National Guard, ICE, CBP, The Bureau of Prisons, the National Parks Service, the Secret Service and other federal officers to put down. Deputize the KKK. In a pinch, you stage a dramatic, 9/11 style mass-death terror event two days before Election Day, burn down Congress, kill a number of elected officials, declare a state of national emergency, the Insurrection Act.
Blame communists, transexuals, environmentalists, Muslims, Immigrants, Haitians, Syrians, college students, woke communist professors, Palestinians, anti-Semites, Jews, Black Lives Matter, experts, scientists, DEI, CRT, Trump Derangement Syndrome, Dumocrat freedom-hating terrorists, The Southern Poverty Law Center, the fake news, gays, naturalized citizens, vaccine supporters, RINOs etc. It really doesn’t matter who you blame, as long as you can put boots on the ground to enforce the election results you desperately need.
There is also AI, the main weapon of Trump’s former enemies in the tech sector. Now that Trump has all these psychopaths lining up to kiss his “ring” AI, which appears to be uncontrollable and accelerating rapidly in its ability to destroy, is in the service of MAGA. As is nationwide surveillance, Palantir, every advanced data mining and data undermining tool of the fascist billionaire vanguard.
All of these stratagems, and more, are on the table for Trump in the midterms. January 6th was just a dress rehearsal. If only he’d let the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers ferry that weapons arsenal across the water from Virginia to arm the love army at the Capitol and had had the courage not to call in the National Guard… I’m sure many of his people who smashed their way into the Capitol still feel cheated that they didn’t get to hang Mike Pence, especially after what they suffered at the hands of Biden’s weaponized DOJ for merely breaking into a joint session of Congress to prevent Biden’s certification.
The Heritage Foundation, founded to limit mass participation in democracy and foster autocracy as the surest way for the best and most important citizens to rule everybody else, while moving all wealth upwards to themselves, laid out a detailed blueprint of what they would immediately do if their candidate got back into power. President Project 2025, not known for keeping his word, or being faithful to any person or principle, has followed that blueprint faithfully– as he kept his 2016 promises to The Federalist Society, the wealthiest Americans and Evangelical Christian leaders.
The effect on most of us, not among the best and most deserving, has been pretty bad so far, deadly for some, precarious for millions. The rich have become richer, which nobody can deny — or explain the necessity for. 1/4 of our record $40,000,000,000,000 national debt was stacked on by business genius and serial bankrupt Donald Trump, working tirelessly for his masters — and, of course, for himself.
The Nazis could not have come to power in Germany without widespread economic desperation, worldwide misery, terror and violence. When people lose their homes, their livelihood, healthcare, their right to vote, their neighbors to masked men in unmarked vans and assault weapons, who take them to private concentration camps whose stock prices are going through the roof and people have to choose between food and gasoline, while your leaders lie and openly ignore the needs of the everyone but themselves, you have the basic foundation for civil unrest. Wealthy political appointees ostentatiously use private government jets as American farmers are literally losing their farms because of Trump’s billionaires only policies and his childish, vindictive tariffs. What you really need, if you are an aspiring fascist movement, is a devastating worldwide Depression like the 1929 one that brought us Mr. Hitler and his crew.
Trump is doing everything in his power, and beyond it, to crash the world economy (see, for example, Strait of Hormuz, trade war with Canada, weasel-dicked support for Putin and other war criminals), as he concerns himself exclusively with insider trading, lucrative quid pro quos with eager billionaires seeking government contracts, fleecing his most loyal supporters (he made over a billion on his cryptocurrency, up front, his suckers lost almost five billion on their investment) and building massive, gilded monuments to his flailing ego. He sends government lawyers to court every day to argue that he gets to violate all laws, ignore any rulings he doesn’t like and build golden tributes to himself, no matter what the law might say about building permits, unauthorized demolitions, states being in charge of elections, etc. He doesn’t care how any of it looks.
And Trump says so out loud, that’s his genius, the reason millions still admire his honest, open, unrepentant lies — he looks into the camera and honestly announces that he doesn’t care about the American public, he claims to care only preventing the terrorist state of Iran from getting nuclear weapons. His followers are infected by what psychiatrist, and expert on violent psychopaths, Bandy Lee calls Trump Contagion. His psychopathy has been embraced by his most ardent followers.
His endless self-serving lies have given his base’s worst instincts permission to express themselves, freed lynch mobs to lynch again, and his angry, frightened, violence-prone supporters love him unconditionally for the exhilaration expressing their hatred provides them, whether or not they can see the nooses he has ready for them (ask any non-billionaire American farmer).
Project 2025’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” which shifted hundreds of billions to the billionaires and their corporate alter egos, is set to take full effect right after the 2026 midterms. Expect things to immediately get much worse for the average American once all the delayed budget cuts kick in.
To call ICE and CBP detention centers privatized concentration camps is not an exaggeration. With the backing of Trump’s administration (including an FBI documented $50,000 bribe to “border czar”Tom Homan, right before the 2024 election), and the assistance of armed, violence-prone, fully immunized masked federal agents, the owners of these lucrative hellholes have fought allowing members of Congress to conduct inspections. The death toll in our American concentration camps is unknown, though conditions are known to be horrible. We can assume the death toll is rising as detentions increase. These deaths don’t count the more than 200 South American fishermen pulverized on the high seas by toxic masculinity poster boy, and pirate, Pete Hegseth, killer of 160 girls in an Iranian school mistakenly targeted by AI. Hegseth is almost certainly getting regularly shitfaced again.
Once you disenfranchise (literally) and immiserate millions of working class Americans, you can rule unimpeded by so-called democracy and do whatever you like to these hateful losers. Why not put a couple of million of them into GEO and Core Civic detention facilities, concentration camps, actually, if only to teach the rest a nice, tart lesson? Cah-ching!
