“Rebate” for over-payment of Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act premiums for 2015.  I can look forward to a much larger one for this year’s over-payment, some time in 2018, or 2019 actually… hopefully.

Going to put this in the ATM today, I wonder how long it will take to clear.
